Cancellation Policy

As soon as your order is placed it will be passed to our processing department. If you would like to cancel your purchase you can do so free of charge if it’s done within 24 hours.

If you attempt to cancel an order after 24 hours we will still charge the delivery fee and this is non-refundable.

If your item(s) have been shipped you are unable to cancel your order.

You have the right to return your purchase to us within a 14 day period if you purchase is returned in Original Packaging and unused. Buyer will also be responsible for charges for Delivery to buyer and return costs.

 

 

3 Month Warranty

All of our electric scooters come with a 3-month manufacturer warranty.

Your 3-month warranty is free and comes with all of our Electric Scooters.

Motor 3 months Injury caused by human factors such as removing, water getting into, collision, dents and human damage will not be covered.
Controller system 3 months The injury is caused by demolition, repair and modification and wading (travel through water) your scooter will not be covered.
Charger 3 months For the reason of removing, wading, missing parts or charging other machines causes damage is without in warranty range.
Handles 3 months Any injury caused by human factors such as modification, bending, collision, surface scratches, missing parts, is not covered.
Steering device 3 months Because of disassembly without permission or serious striking and any injury caused by human factors.
Handlebar 3 months Broken or damaged with scratches.
Pedal 3 months The injury is caused by demolition, repair and modification the scooter is not covered.
Remote 3 months The injury is caused by demolition, repair and modification the scooter will not be covered.
Tires 3 months Cracked or leak is in scope
Wheels 3 months Small holes or leaks in scope
Outer cover 3 months Paint removed or loose weld without collision are in scope

 

Any electric scooter or product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If the returned item(s) is not in the original packaging or has been tampered we will not raise a refund.

 

BATTERIES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER YOUR 3 MONTH WARRANTY

 

Damages or Faults or Missing Parts

It is extremely rare, but from time to time our scooters can get damaged whilst being transported.

If when you receive your new electric scooter and there are any damages please highlight this and make us aware within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

If damages are reported within 48 hours we will assess your claim. We can not do anything if the damages are not reported to us instantly or the scooter has been used!

If any parts are missing when you receive your goods, again please make us aware of this within 48 hours so we can either send you replacement parts or replace your scooter.

In the event of any damages to your purchase, we reserve the right to repair first, if we can’t repair, we replace and we can’t replace then we refund!

 

 

Rules & Regulations

There are a few rules with returns and regulations when it comes to our 30-day money-back guarantee.

We are more than happy to give a full refund if your items are returned within 30 days, but they must not have been opened or damaged.

We will not pay for you to post your item(s) back and the initial postage cost is non-refundable.

After we receive your item(s), our team of professionals will inspect it and if everything is all in order and in the original packaging we will process your refund.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For
credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit
card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
